 How Does It Work?

The first step is filling out a questionnaire that covers event details and information about your hosting style. The questionnaire helps me get a feel for what you’re looking to accomplish, where you are in the planning process, and where I can help. After taking into account your ideas, concerns, and event requirements, I provide you with an initial proposal — this may include menu suggestions, decor and theme ideas, and a timeline strategy. Once we’ve settled on an approach, I customize a plan, which includes a list of supplies (via online links or store suggestions), a detailed grocery list, and a comprehensive timeline leading up to your event.

I am also available to help with various tasks related to your event, ranging from DIY projects to cooking lessons to vendor sourcing. For example, arranging an in-person meeting to walk through your space gives me a chance to flag the little details — any furniture you may want to rearrange, making room in the coat closet, where to hide the clutter, etc. — that can often go overlooked. We can also use these opportunities to get a feel for the general flow of your event or for me to help you with tips and tricks in the kitchen.


Pricing

Basic Package - $200


While all of my services are customizable based on your event and individual needs, my services typical start with the ‘Basic Package’ which includes:

  • Initial consultation followed by an idea & menu proposal

  • Recipes

  • Shopping lists

  • Decor and supply lists

  • Detailed checklists & timelines, curated to fit into your personal schedule

  • 2 - 10 minute conversations (or text exchange equivalent) for last minute questions


Optional Add-Ons

I offer plenty of add-ons to help tackle your individual event needs. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Invitations and theme development
