How does it work?

The first step is filling out a questionnaire that covers the time you have to prep, who you’re feeding, and your preferences or dietary restrictions. After reviewing your questionnaire, I propose two weeks’ worth of menus. I work with your calendar to cover date nights, dinners with the kids, nights you barely have five minutes to reheat leftovers, lazy Sunday brunches, and everything in between. Once we’ve got a plan you’re happy with, I provide you with detailed shopping lists and personalized steps to get meals on the table within your unique timeframe.
